A standalone Dunkin' with a drive-thru opens Aug. 31 at 2506 High Street in Crescent Springs. The new building replaces the former location at 2410 High Street, which sat inside the adjacent shopping center without a drive-thru.
The restaurant opens at 5 a.m. A ribbon cutting follows at 10 a.m., and the first 50 guests will receive a free Dunkin' tumbler.
One Holland Restaurant Group, the Taylor Mill-based franchisee that operates the location, will partner with the Dixie Heights Marching Band during the grand opening to raise funds for the band's programs. One Holland, founded by Gary Holland, operates more than 60 restaurants across the region, including Dunkin', Skyline Chili, LaRosa's Pizzeria and First Watch locations.
The franchisee has a track record of pairing grand openings with local school band fundraisers. At a Richwood Dunkin' opening, One Holland donated to the Ryle High School Band. At a Lexington Dunkin' opening in December 2025, the group donated $2,025 to the Henry Clay High School Blue Devils Band, according to the company's news page. At a Louisville Skyline Chili opening in February 2026, One Holland gave $1,000 to the Ballard High School Band.
No donation amount has been announced for the Dixie Heights partnership.
One Holland announced the Crescent Springs opening on Facebook on Aug. 27, describing the new building as a standalone restaurant with a drive-thru next to the shopping center that housed the previous location. City Administrator Mike Daly included the event in his report to the Crescent Springs City Council at its Monday, Aug. 24, meeting, placing a flyer at council members' seats.
Dixie Heights High School in Edgewood fields the marching band that will benefit from the partnership. The band's next scheduled competition after the grand opening is the Beechwood Festival of Bands on Sept. 12 in Fort Mitchell.
The new Dunkin' will operate daily from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m.
